MATX MotherBoard

Hi guys I was thinking of getting a cube case and as they are too small for ATX boards I need to get an MATX for the following:

CPU: Amd FX(tm)6300 six core Black Edition 3.5Mhz
Ram:Corsair Vengence 16GB Dual Channel @ 1600MHZ
Graphics: MSI Geforce GTX760

I been looking around but there does`nt seem to be many for AM3+ socket, I been trying to find a red and black board.

anyone got any ideas would be great.

Only board I can find with black AND red, you can get some high end AM3+ stuff in just black though.

EDIT: Sorry man, there aren't actually any boards for AM3+ in just black and MATX and that board I quoted you is the only one in black and red.

Matx AM3+ motherboards tend to be pretty poor. i'd not bother.

+1 You'll not get a mATX with the 990 Chipset Best mATX you'll find is in the MSI range, the MSI 880GMS-E41 (FX)

Yes, personally if I were you and I was upgrading my motherboard, if you are looking to overclock as much as possible I can suggest the ASUS Crosshair V Dormula or Formula-Z if you still want the red and black theme or the Gigabyte 990FX UD5.

I have around £100 at the moment I was looking at the Republic Gamers Boards but I need to check out if they do any for the AMD.
The problem these days is there are so many boards out now its hard to make the right choice.

The ROG AM3+ motherboard costs about £170.

I forgot to say that I only run 1 graphics card so I don`t really need a board with 4 PCI Express slots.

msi has a nice board that just came out. It's a 970 series board but unless you plan on extreme overclocking and running more than one card doesn't matter. It's decently similar to the intel z97 boards in terms of looks and features. http://us.msi.com/product/mb/970_GAMING.html#hero-overview

That`s a great board will have a look at it in more detail.

I just checked out the Corsair 540 cube, ATX board will fit, so will have to have a rethink on what to do next.
