Special features, 32m ! Multi monitor output. ( 2 vga ports)

Is it cos each vga has it`s own gfx engine, independant of each other - kinda thing. I`m struggling here.

they are dedicated to specialist graphics cards i believe...for specialist designers, but i aint sure
