Matrix Orbital problems

Does anyone know how you can get the username and password for matrix orbital mx222 LCD displays? I sold someone one but didn't note down my username and password, I just assumed when you reinstalled the software that you'd get a new one. I tried emailing them but haven't had a reply yet - anyway I can get around this?

Hi Nick,

Do you mean the activation code? or are you talking about when in windows to alter settings? If its the activation code you have to contact them and prove your identification and they will give you your code. http://www.lcdc.cc/bundled/

Yes I think thats the code he needs (although he said username and password). The CD came with a key but I assume thats not the activation code? I tried doing that but never heard back

Hi Nick,

If my memory serves me right, there is a cd key as you said. Once the cd key has been entered it then sends an email to you with an activation code, and maybe when he says username he may mean registered name? Hope this helps

No not yet but thaanks for your help thus far. I'm pming the guy who I sold it to but his pm box is full which is greying the communications somewhat.

Well I managed to find the registered name and keycode so hopefully thats the info he needed
