I'm having an issue of not finding the right driver for my motherboard i've done little searching but i couldn't find the required drivers. Windows is always telling me that i have the wrong Marvell controllers installed i've had a look at the Marvell website but couldn't find the 9128 listed in the download section for drivers. Was wondering if anyone has had similar issues in the past and might know a work around. The motherboard is Asus X79 Pro. Any help would be appreciated.

Griffsta the link FTLN sent is correct. You only need to alter the drop down box to windows 7 64 bit. I have these exact same drivers n(Win 7 x64) for my ASUS PX58 mobo, but the Marvell controller has always been a pain in the backside. It was a well known issue from the offset and was replaced in later models. A price to pay for having the earlier SATA 3 controllers.
