Maintenance involved with liquid cooling?

Hi so about a year ago I built a rig with and xspc rx360 rasa 750 cooling kit. I used blue primochill tubing and clear thermochill ec6 liquid coolant. I heard you are supposed to clean it out or do water changes once a year? My temperatures never changed and looking at the reservoir the water seems to be perfectly clear and fine. I never opened it since originally installing it and it appears no water has evaporated.

If I should clean it how would I go about it?

Find lowest point... (if you have to it is safe to tilt your case... just make sure your res wont spill.) and drain the fluid.... run distilled water through loop a few times. refill.. done. easy.

so just empty and refill? Or empty, fill, run, empty, and then fill?

Also there is no way in heck I am getting any of this tubing off without tearing it off. I think the res is the easiest place to empty it from. Just put it on the side and empty the res?

It almost sounds easier to just unscrew it all remove the entire thing and then cut one of the tubes and after emptying put the tube back on.

Whatever seems easiest to you without the chance of spilling all over your system...

Empty--> Rinse with distilled water--> Refill with fluid of choice

Like drain it from the top to bottom of loop...
Use your pump if you can.
The best way is to get a big chunk of hose and a bucket and have your pump suck it through.
