My MachII GT stopped cooling today. It starts ok and I have a green light, it just doesn't seem to cool the processor and therefore the PC does not boot.
More worrying the Mach was making some loud noises while it was running. Is this a major problem? I have never maintained the unit and I have had it for a good four years.
When I now attempt to re-start it makes a croaking noise as if somethings empty. I have been running with a QX6700 since November 2006 and have never had any issues with it.
How much is repair for this type of problem or is it hit the end of it's life.
