Dude TBH I think you need to seek some professional help as the trauma is affecting your health both mentally and physically as it has symptoms like PTSD and i really think that if you can talk firstly to your local doctor, if you can trust him that is and see if he can recommend either a councilor or even a psychiatrist for you or as you have served and thankyou for that, you can also seek help through the military support services of Britain.
Don't put it off either and as hard as it is not to don't let embarrassment stop you either as you've been able to open up here it seems to me that you are ready to try and heal yourself.
And remember you haven't done anything wrong also it sounds like your latest wife is good so talk to her too even if not all of it just start with something as she will support you through this I'm sure.
