Looking for a nice white case!

Hey Guys,

I am looking for a very nice white case, as the title infers. I am looking for anything under £100. I have currently looked at the Corsair 500R and Cooler master 690 ii Advanced Black & White. Both look very good and have quite a few features. The 500R beats the 690ii on features but in my personal opinion, the fully white side panel of the 690 looks a slight bit better. If anyone has anything that could help me sway in either direction it would be very helpful and if anyone knows of any other case that meets my requirements please let me know.

I personally have the black cm 690 myself, and I have to say it is really nice. It's just so simple to use for everything, and for a relatively cheap case it does have a lot of features.

What are your requirements though? Any possible watercooling in the future?

They're both good cases tbh, so whichever you like the look of will do fine

I wouldn't bother with the "advanced" modle though, unless that's the only one you can actually get in white as well as black.

The Advanced model is an excellent bump up if you plan on something like watercooling, fredrikfh, since it makes the hard drive bays removable.

But anyway, the CM 690 II in white should be good. There's also the Define R3 Arctic White, and if you get a good price on the the white 600T...

Take a look at the 600t white or wait for the storm stryker, NZXT switch or Bitfenix shinobi XL white

Beyond that as un upgrade its 810 and Stryker.

You can remove the hard drive cages on the advanced and lite version? The only difference is the 'x-dock' internal/external hard drive dock on the top of the case.

They are removable in the CM 690 II Lite/Basic as well.

Huh. My bad. I'm pretty sure there was a pretty big difference there if you were going to WC it, but I can't recall at all now.

Nope. Not at all. I have the lite, and was planning on watercooling, everything would fit fine. It just isnt as good for watercooling as some of the other cases you can get these days
