well this is great . got an email today saying its out of stock. i cant get my money back and when they get it back instock they will email me . No eta.

yet you can still order them on there site. so anyone watch when they order it. its going to be a long time before you get it. im so glad i didnt pay rush shipping. if i knew i would have bought it somewhere else

if they cant supply an item that you have paid for in 28 days they have to give you your money back, thats the law

that will be my luck ill get it back after the 28 days or ill get an email back saying the refund process has started and i will receive my money shortly lol and ill get it in an additional 28 days after that. is that the law everywhere? does it apply to the us?

no if they fail to supply the item by 28s they are not allowed to "start" the refund process with out letting you know and the most i think they can get away with 5 days after that if the refund is in process.

You are going from a TN to a TN with better resolution and the same 8 bit panel. It only has the over 1 billion colors because of the added 2-bit FRC dithering. So it is not a true 10 bit but it will help the overall color fidelity but compared to an 8 bit IPS it still can't reproduce the same clarity and viewing angles, though it is still a very noticeable improvement over a regular TN panel from what i hear. Which makes it a smart move on Samsungs part.

Whats with the hostility? I only stated a fact so you were aware of what you were buying. I don't have a perfect choice. For the money its pretty darn amazing and a worthwhile investment for early 4k adopters.

called up and complained apparently its back ordered until the 15th. it wont shipp tilll 3-5 days after that. screw samsung......... if asus's solution comes out before hand ill be going that route
