Possibly and SSD, but I did have extreme issues with one in the past so I'm very weary of them.
 
First off, are the Corsair fans for the Rads? If so, you want the SP models. Also, get an SSD! A waste running all that gear and not having a SSD. Corsair, Samsung, Intel all good names. I have had great luck with OCZ ones, but some don't like them.

Also cathodes really?? LED strips - less fuss less failure. Also better lighting and more flexible with mounting. Bitfenix or NZXT make lovely looking strips or Phobya have an remote control RGB kit.
 
I've had luck with the Logisys UV Corner LED Light Bar, the opaque cover over the LEDs diffuses the light nicely and fit great in tight spaces. They come in 8", 16", and 24"...
