im using Mandrake 10.1 and my soundcard is a Creative SoundBlaster Audigy.
when im using gaim when somebody sends me a message the tone keeps to beechoed and alot of noise comes out of my headphones which i presume it's a bad driver.
Btw my onboard worked gr8 in linux before i disable it in the bios. could it be that it conflicted when i was installing linux and there were 2 soundcards??
