I sitll haven't had time to build the bridge, but my wife bought another set for me for my birthday.

Price ranges from $219 to $259 depending on the store, she found it for $79 unopened. Again, the box was damaged, but all the bags and manuals are intact.

That looks awesome! My little lad got the X-Wing for his birthday and that looks brill as well.

its mental sometimes the type of kits they come up with

altho ive only experienced assembling sets that where pretty normal and not so vast as these

its still fun to see all these kits

i didn't realise Lego had so much value in it.

I used to have 100's of "sets" or the stuff in the attic, but my mum threw it all out when i got "older"

WHAT! Lego can pass down many generations! I remember some of the first lego i got was my mothers.

yeah apparently there wasnt enough room in the empty loft they have, and now i have to fork out millions for my boys, the eldest is 3 so just gettign to grips with it all properly

I have massive boxes full of it. Mum wont let me sell anything as it was such a big part of my childhood, and any kids I have in the future she is sure will get the same satisfaction of it :)

You are a spoiled (and very lucky) man hmmblah! :p

I still have all my Lego too. That never ever goes away. Even if my children won't play with it later, it wouldn't cross my mind.
