Last Minute Questions Prior to Purchasing Components: Thanks!

Before I purchase these components for my Intel Core i7-2600K, I would appreciate any input I am able to get. The components are as follows:

Case: Antec P183

Case fan: Silverstone Air Penetrator AP121 120MM 1500RPM (x2)

Power supply: Seasonic X760

Motherboard: ASUS P8P67 Deluxe

Processor: Intel Core i7-2600K

Processor cooler: Noctua NH-D14

Memory: Mushkin Enhanced Blackline Frostbyte 8GB 2X4GB PC3-12800 DDR3-1600 C9-9-9-24

Video card: EVGA GeForce GTX 460 SE Fermi 650MHZ 1024MB 3.4GHZ GDDR5

Hard drive: Western Digital 1 TB Caviar Black 7200RPM 64MB cache

Optical drive: LG GH22LS50 22X/22X DVD+-RW SATA DVD Writer with Lightscribe

Card reader: Lian Li CR-36B 3.5IN Internal Black Aluminum 50-IN-1 Card Reader SDHC W/ Front USB

Please provide any insight on this build, as it would be much appreciated. I had originally selected

Corsair CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9 Vengeance 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 Memory, but I decided to go with a higher-end cooler and a less-expensive memory kit. What's your input on that? What kind of over-clock could I expect from this?

thats a nice mate, only problem i see if the 460 SE thats a crippled card so swap that for a proper one and u should be good 2 go mate

Ditto for the 460 SE, it's a rather strange product:

Get a 460 1 Gb or 6850.

The RAM is equivalent, if anything, Mushkin underrated their RAM. Good idea to put some money towards a serious cooler. These are OCing 4.5 - 5.0 GHz.

Oh and I have to ask...Audiophile? Where's the sound card?
