Good day.

To note, the PC itself has been built. That was Phase 1, though there's always room for review. I'd like to get input from you guys.

I'd rather not say where I am. I've ordered 90% of my PC's parts online via Newegg, Amazon and Jet, while the others were on foot to Best Buy. I've spent $815 so far and in due time, I'll have the $500 needed to complete the build. The monitor, mouse, keyboard and OS have been included. The build has 98% new parts that are now in operation, while the keyboard is a used item, a gift from a classmate.

My rig will be used as:
1- a Handbrake factory that can pump 1080p/720p matroska format videos into 1080p or 720p mp4 videos. At this stage right now, the PC can convert a 24 minute 720p x264 .mkv video into a 720p mp4 video in 2-4 minutes at a conversion rate of 150-300fps average (300fps conversion rate seems impossible, but I've converted a 200 episode anime from the formats mentioned. Each episode conversion had a 300fps average). It's current challenge is the x265 HEVC 720p .mkv videos, as they take 4-6 minutes each.

2- Normal gaming rig that can play 2016's games like DOOM and Killer Instinct at normal 1920x1080p at 60hz and 50-60fps or more if possible. I have no plans to overclock the PC, nor do I want to go for 4K/VR/whatever HD definition gamers want to enhance their experience. Just normal gaming with anti-aliasing, medium to low motion blur and medium to low shadows at 50-60fps.

That said, I'm considering future improvements.

For one, I feel like the Toshiba X300 5TB internal hard drive hasn't been reviewed well enough and most don't like it for the noise. Should I go for that or should I go for a 4-5tb WD hdd?? I've used a Toshiba laptop hdd for my PS3 and as of this day, it still works.

2nd: I want all of the 3.5" and 2.5" hard drive/ssd caddies used, but as of right now, the build can only go for 3 hard drives, barring the M.2 drive under the motherboard.

Well, please help me complete this modestly decent PC and thank you very much.
