From what I have read about coolant dyes will build gunk int he water blocks and tubing. From my experience I have also found the same problem with water blocks and dyes.
After doing a lot of research I decided to go with distilled water, Distilled water ($1.75 at the grocery store). When you use a 99.9 percent silver coil in each loop this is suppose to eliminate all the bad algaie and so on. You can purchase the silver on line and make your own coil, can save a few pennies that way.
I am building my firast water cooled system but this is what I was told from the H2O pros.
