Laptop Graphics

Hi all, i have an Acer Aspire 7741. It has an i3-380M processor, 4 Gigs of RAM ans Win7 Home Edition.

Im looking to upgrade my onboard Intel HD graphics to a graphics card but here us where im stuck:

1) Will a gpu fit

2) what if any gpu can i get

3) where can i find them

Any help would be great.

You should also note that not all laptops can have thier GPU's upgraded, the GPU in my laptop is soldered onto the motherboard, so I have absolutely no idea how to take it off.
