That's beside the point, the creator of CoreTemp has said there are issues with CoreTemp reading E4300 temps very low. I'll find the post for you.

I already knew that, hence me saying it's wrong. Coretemp looks to be about -10*C on the actual temps - That being said, I have yet to find two monitors that are exactly the same.

But hey, 16°C is pretty nice ;)

Original Equipment Manufacturer.

Means the people who buy the bits, assemble the computer and sell it on.

by law i have 3 years from date of purchase to complaint, its not as good as warranty but not far from it either and it does not matter what the manufacture says about it as its the store that has to deal with it

its called "complaint right" roughly translated.

and for warranty its by law at minimum 1year on all items.

another side of this is if i buy hardware the manufacture itself warrants i can still go to the store the entire first year and if it takes over 2 weeks to rectify the problem i have right to either ask to borrow a replacement or get compensated for the extra time it takes.

warranty should always be free, that means if i order online the store pays for shipping both ways.

some of the laws which makes me as a costumer stronger against companies in various forms and i like them, bad stores tends to get a reputation quite fast which makes it easy to sort them out and find good decent stores.

Thats not a bad idea imo. It will enourage the stores to sort out RMAs quicker and more efficently. They won't loose out as they always go straight back to the maker/distributor anyway.

im actually a bit surprised how weak a customer is in other countries.

if a problem arises with a store i can talk to a customeradvisor paid by the goverment which can help solve most problems and if that doesnt help i can turn to ARN.

http://arn.se/templates/Page____158.aspx

another part is that a store cant replace a faulty part with anything less good then the original part, always equal or better.

i recently compared prices and was roughly the same(when counting off tax) as you have in uk, not even us that used to be far below is far from now.

just checked on hiper type-r 580w and it was 14£ cheaper over here.

e6600 was around 10£ more expensive.
