Lan Thread

Just now I was searching to see what Lan tournaments are on; it struck me it would be useful to have one thread in a clear location to refer back to. Also, this means maybe you could provide a template of useful information, some LAN tournament sites are so hard to navigate...

Edit - I just realised this makes no sense, I meant LAN tournies, not just a Local Area Network. Like I've tried researching finding which LAN tournies are on in the UK, kinda hard to find. Thats what I meant in this thread.

I wouldnt mind having some useful information about setting up a home network. Sometime i get mildly confused or seriously annoyed about not being able to do something but in the end i figure it out.
