lamptron fc touch problem

Hi guys an gals
I treat myself to a lamptron touch fan controller, the thought being to ramp up the fans as temp rises,keeping it quiet when tinter netting and slow my pump a bit as its a little noisy set it up and its works a good one
only using 3 channels,
1 for the pump (Phobya DC12-400 18W)
2 has 8 spectra pro's (11W total)
3 has 6 spectra pro's (8W total)
4,5and 6 i left temp probes off and added no settings
its rated at 30W/channel
the pump is set on manual and the fans on auto temp probes on side of first rad for now played some games to load up the rig
temps increased, fans ramp up works great I thought, until I restart the rig
controller doesn't save any settings doesnt even go to a default setting all outputs 0% hence no fans or pump one quick stop later and a change of clothes
put pump back to normal supply can not get the controller to save any setting am I being thick and missing something or have a got a return on my hands

problem solved rang a very nice man at C&C central confirmed it must be faulty
sending another one out on same day with a return postage label so I can get this one back to them
Nice to have that sort of service not waiting for the returned item to get back to them, to be tested before sending one to me and all with the postage to pay
