Scientists have shown off an effect not unlike that of the "phasers" in the show Star Trek - but it only works on tiny worms called nematodes.

Seen this on BBC website also. Seems interesting but they seem to find something new every day but never carry it on.

That is the point of a news room, then sites which are dedicated to the topic expand upon it if the BBC had to follow every story they had they would never have new news.

Although back on topic, is an interesting idea only a matter of time before we are travelling at warp... :freak:
