i maxed my budget here with $1300. is this good for its prices? This will be used mainly for gaming. Playing Battlefield, AssasinsCreed, and the like. Im new at this so thanks for anyone who replies!

It all looks good to me :)

Unless you plan to go SLI in the future though you could save some money on your PSU and grab a RM 550, which will be more than enough including overclocking headroom.
You could put the money saved on the PSU towards a better CPU cooler, something like a Corsair H100.

The rest of your parts are spot on though, nothing worth changing anyway.
 
Basically whst SieB said although I must say the hyper 212 isn't a slouch so it is nothing to worry about ^_^
 
Pretty decent build. If you don't plan on SLI and want to get a very high overclock out of your 4670K (1.25V+ usually around 4.4+ GHz) you could save some cash on the PSU and get a better CPU cooler, but the 212 is great up to 1.25V overclocks.

All in all a decent build, very close to what I am running now.
