I'm planing and sketching on some Modz;
Cover the bottom of the case with a engraved lightpanel.
Cover the MB with a Acrylic panel.
Make a backplate for the GPU.
Plasti-dip/Paint Heatsinks on MB, GPU and RAM.
Plasti-dip/paint Mesh.
Custom Paint Job on the Case Body.

# Small Update, Got a 1090t for free and chucked that one in instead now running @ 4GHz and 2 more HyperX RAMs droped by.

Time to get that rig overclocked dude!

haha Thx, and The CPU is OCed to 3.8GHz, MB wont let me go higher stable xD

and the GPU is just in there as a Temp. for 1 more week, after that I'm Getting my HD6950 back from a Friend and it OC's quite well =D

Temps, Bench. Results and OClocks are going UP as soon as the HD6950 gets back home.

No ranting about the OCZ PSU?

Looks tidy mate! Curious what kind of mods you have planned :)

Haha exactly what I was thinking!

same Question here; NO RANT on the PSU?!?!?! xD

(That OCZ psu aint the best but with the Change of FAN at least it dont sound like a Turbine at full RPM anymore xD, but it was free and works for now.)

I have changed the pins on the Fan-hub thingie from Swiftech so it gives +5Vdc instead of +12Vdc and I'm now running the PUMP on the CPU-Fanheader and all the fans on the HUB =D, Making it operate very silently

WC plans are a GPU block and a 360 Rad in the Front so that I'm set for Upgrades when I feel I'm in need of it.

(might get Sponsoring from a "lokal PC store" with a Swiftech H320, if so the RAD goes in the 540Air and the Pump goes to the HTPC with a 140mmRAD)

That picture shows what i dislike about the 540, no 360 rad would ever fit if you have a thick rad in roof (or P&P), they should have shifted it a bit further back, and lowered the exhaust 120/140 in my opinion.

my two kronor, looks nice and tidy, and i'm sure you'll enjoy it.

haha Well I totally agree on that part, Casue when I'm Putting in my 360Rad I'm gona move my 240Rad further back and I'm Removing the exhaust fan completely.

och tack för dina 2 kroner av Tycke & tänk =D

Swefags assemble!

sounds interesting, will follow this build.

About the rad, I agree that it is a shame that it won't fit but it's not a flaw in the case. The case is called 'AIR 540' for a reason ;) Maybe they'll do a 'Water' case as well...

Nice... Where do you get 1090ts for free? xD

also my utmost respect for how tidy the back of your case looks like. the back of my Air 540 is a mess on so many different levels, I'm scared to open the back up, because I'm afraid the cables will jump at me, or strangle me in my sleep.

Not only are the cables at the back very tidy, the cable ties are even chosen with the colour scheme in mind; good job :D
