driver issues with 4 cards wouldn't be worth it anyway IMHO, glad your gunna go X79 though, so much awesome but then bulldozer :L Bulldozer is amazing under cold though, would love to have a chip to play about with, when i get my money i will

mines not the best chip either. having trouble getting it stable above 4.5. i can but the vrms on the mobo heat up and throttle it down. so low volts 4.5 stable. still cant read the right temps either. idle sometime around 13c it is 25+ room temp?????? lol

worked all weekend on the strip down and carbon wrapping. it takes so long. still have to put together 1 waterblock. ive got a few ideas i wanna do now aswell. hopefully going to be fully together tomorrow. and ill get some pics up.

back up and running, took me 9 days of my free time, pics soon. had some troubles on the first boot. only reading 4gb of ram instead of 8gb. so in the market for some new ram now. thinking of going corsair this time. here is a pccg link.

Haha i have to get onto selling that. awesome card never had any troubles with it. i bought these 7970s on release and more than 1 card always gives troubles. run mostly with crosfire disabled. only turn it on to bench and bf3.

The only thing you can improve on is sleeving the power cables for the GPU's in my opinion, then it will be perfect.

On the way. i have enough for two cards but not three so i decided not to put them in yet. i was going to run 2 6990s so i had some cables made for that. so Im short atm.

little update, ordered some new ram, went with some corsair stuff. 4x4gb 2133,

and some lights for my rig, phobya rgb led strips, with IR remote. any colour any brightness and has effects too.

Super build mate, good job on the lighting. My favourite part is the white carbon fibre effect vinyl on the motherboard tray and GPU backplates, a real nice touch
