Issue when right clicking on properties of a file

when I right-click on a folder or file and click on properties this is what I get:


Any ideas on how to fix this?

Are you using Asus WebStorage? If so reinstall it and try again.

That is the thing, I am not using Asus WebStorage and yet I have a tab called Asus WebStorage when I click my computer.

Maybe try uninstalling Asus WebStorage?

Cannot do that. It doesn't show up on the uninstall programs tab.

EDIT: Fixed it. I just had to delete everything from the ASUS Webstorage from program files. I couldn't delete the DLL files though. I ran the installer and now everything seems to work.

I uninstalled and reinstalled asus webstorage and I still have the same message popping up.

Restart your computer and try to delete them again. If it doesn't work get this program http://download.cnet.com/Unlocker/3000-2248_4-10493998.html and use it to delete that folder. And then try to install it again.

I could do without ASUS Webstorage completely, if that is possible.

Well try to delete those .dll files with Unlocker and see if you still have a problem then. One of those .dll might be corrupt and that's why it's acting up.

All seems to be working fine, so far.

There is this other issue that I have been having. When ever I start up windows this message appears:

Open the windows start menu and in the search bar type msconfig and press enter. Go to Startup tab and look for AsusSetup or Asus something, not sure of its name and uncheck it and press Apply/OK and restart.

I don't see anything about Asus setup. I disable AI charger from ASUS but I still get the same message.

Hmm.
Found this on Microsoft forums :

Open Task scheduler and expand the" task scheduler library". Open Asus and select the " i-setup" task , delete it, and you are done.

Thanks for the response, but the thing is that I don't see ASUS there. Any ideas why?

screen cap what you see, try to look through the enabled ones and see if any have the asus path which now doesnt exist.

also tried cleaning registry? ccleaner is good for that
