Isi it worth buying this PSU? (Thermaltake Toughpower 700W)

Hey guys, once again I need a recommendation please!

I decided to buy new mobo and most resent mobo's require at least 400W ans Wattage calculater suggested I use 400W, and my PSU is 350W the new and more powerful PSU seemed like and obvious choise. So I came acroos this PSU it's seems like future proof and good PSU. 5 years warranty...

What do you pro's think?

Yeah Toughpower units are pretty reasonable. For around that price there is'nt actually that much out there. Maybe the Corsair TX750w (not modular) or the HX620w

They provide 5 years warranty that seems owsem. What are the recommended buys for good, future proof PSU for less then £70 or near?
