Is this an ideal fan setup ? note the croasir fans push air into the case

Turn those fans around. Shouldn't make to much difference. Maybe put a fan in the floor??

Whats the recommended setting then ? putting the fans on the other side pushing air from the case outside or pushing outside air inside the case ?

Keep them in the roof but flip them around so they they pull the air out of the case then you can easily clean the radiator should it get dusty without having to remove the fans

The fan at the back can go either way, try to get positive air pressure in the case (more air pressure pushing in than puilling out).

Get a dust filter for the back fan if you spin it, but tbh with your case dust will always be an issue!

Spin them round to blow air out.

Don't bother turning the rear fan around as they help a lot as exhaust when you use non-blower gpu coolers.

Your case will get dusty over time this way but if you were to keep those blowing in unfiltered you'd have it dusty very quickly.
