Is it worth to pay $100 more for the E8600 (3.30ghz) than the E8500 (3.16ghz)?

Is it worth to pay $100 more for the E8600 (3.30ghz) than the E8500 (3.16ghz)? Will you notice a performance difference while playing games?
 
FPS stands for Frames Per Second - the amount of images displayed per second on your monitor. Although you will not get any more than the Hz that is set up, max a TFT can give is 75 I think, but the more you have the smoother your game play is ;)

If you have more fps than the default monitors Hz, tearing effect comes into play and makes your image look very bad, that is the reason they have v-sync in game settings.
 
I don't think it's really worth it to be honest,most E8400 even will do 3.6ghz without even touching voltage and can be had for about 164-170$ USD

You may not feel any difference with those two but just go for E8500 and overclock it, awesome cpu in my opinion. I got one on the mATX bord but it so easy to reach 4Ghz.
