ahci enabled Trim btw lads, that SSD's write speeds look very lack-lustre. That 2TB drive looks like it's not doing great. I'd get a S.M.A.R.T. program and get it checked (google it you should be able to find a free one)

Ha Ha Non, this 750gb has pretty much nothing on it, it has a back up of my old windows 7 and a failed transfer of my steam games

From those couple of screenies, you can clearly see there is some issue with your WD Caviar drive, the 750gb drive scores are more in line with expected results, so if there is any way you can grab the stuff from your drive that you need to keep off it, ie your steam saves, or check whether your cloud sync on steam is upto date, then perhaps try a fresh format of the 2TB drive and rerun, else look into a checkup with WD and see what they have to say. iirc black drives have a 5 year warranty. would be worth a looksie.

Done bench on my vertex 4 and 500 GB WD green drive on windows 8, i know v4 is a faster drive but the HD should be similar.

also try http://www.hdtune.com or any smart monitor software, may give you a broader indication of any problems.

also just mainly for the sake of it, if you have any other sata cables, rather than just switching them around. if you could total replace, at least without messing up the internals of your pc too much etc.
