Is Gainward GTX680 Phantom 2GB good?

Is Gainward GTX680 Phantom 2GB good against MSI GTX670 Power Edition

I know this is kinda St*pid question because they are different GPUs..
but in my place, these particular GPUs have almost same price..

I'm building my first gaming rig and I have a little knowledge and experiences about this.. Technical Specifications hurts my head..

A little help will be much appreciated

They are completely different cards and price means nothing.

680 will be quicker out of the box. Dont need a degree to work that out.
