Intel DP35DP, Elitegroup P965T-A or ASUS P5N-E SLI

Hi guys i need to buy a new box, but i dont know which one to choose.

I can buy intel or asus for the same price, but i can save a few bucks buying the ecs one and save money to buy a better cpu

My plan is to buy a coreduo e2200, but with the cheaper motheboard i can buy an e4600. With the asus i should expend more money to buy a 5.1 sound card to use my speakers.

My problem with cheaps motherboard its performance, 4 years ago i bought a pc chip, totally useless it worked like a P2 :S

I wont do SLI, i wont overclock(well maybe but thats not my priority)

Im going to buy a 8600gt so i will play not a lot, but some COD

So which one should i buy?

around $700 including monitor...but i live in southamerica so things are a bit expensive.
