I was going to make this thread as 'i've made 200 posts!' Unfortunately i forgot, and couldn't help posting! So this is 201! Right... What is/are peoples most influential albums from past or present? Feel free to add albums/posts as they come to mind (a get out clause for me, seeing as my memory is rather vague! :p)

I'll start off with a couple. Pearl Jam, back in the day grabbed hold of me and threw me around. I remember seeing MTV unplugged (that wasn't released back then) on VHS in my local record shop after i forced them to put it on&made them do me a ropey copy that i have to this day! Let's hope it isn't me just posting lol :p

I will add more, so many to think about. But what are YOUR influential albums/sounds from now or then?

I like your music taste mate! ;)

For me:
Asking Alexandria - Reckless And Relentless / Stand Up And Scream / From Death To Destiny

All Time Low - Nothing Personal / Don't Panic
Green Day - American Idiot
Bring Me The Horizon - Sempiternal
Of Mice & Men - The Flood
Our Last Night - Age Of Ignorance

Yup, I like my music rough, with some softer music (Green Day and All Time Low) from time to time

i like all sorts of music i just mentioned ones that i have never removed from my phone/mp3 players lol

but yeah love ya tastes too

Some great albums mentioned here! Pantera Vulgar display of power etc... Awesome stuff, i saw them back in 1998 i think (ozzfest) Sepultura were unreal aswell. For Green Day i'd have to pick Dookie :p More i could mention that you guys know, but i won't go on :p

Ok, Tool aenima really blew me away: (could also mention Undertow/Laterlus/10,000 days etc...)

Levellers, Levelling the land takes me back a bit ;)

Roni Size reminds me of years ago ;)

Linkin Park - Meteora/ Minutes to Midnight/ Hybrid Theory

Linkin park is the band that got me into 'heavy' music (I was like 11 at the time) and I still feel nostalgic listening to those albums to this day.
