Immediate Help!!

Well i ran this program called ncleaner, that i had run many times before and for whatever reason this time it decided to start to delete lots of stuff of my comp. I stopped it and was going to do a system restore but when i go into start menu, system tools the system restore isn't there. I was wondering if any of you know another way to start the system restore function beside the normal way?

restarting in safe mode was the first thing that came to mind, but have you tried start>run> msconfig>tools ?

or searching for rstrui.exe ?

I figured it out but it didnt replace some of my files, this sucks.

sfc /scannow ?

repair install ?
