Open the extended console.

Log into Rcon. You may need to put /rcon before the following commands.

/status. Shows Client ID | Score | Ping | GUID | Player Name | IP Address

Work out who it is.

Copy ID/GUID

/banClient [id]

Rinse and repeat.
