yup, my uncle got badly sunburnt when he was in Iran years ago, few years later, BAM, malignant melanoma....true story (he's ok now so dont think im a sicko)

so slap on the SPF 500000 and always wear a hat

You lucky bugger, I really envy you Northern Hem dwellers, you get the best of both worlds...snow in the winter, and the beautiful mediterranean all but a hop, skip and a jump away 'SIGH' :yumyum:

Here in Queensland we have the highest rate of skin cancer and melanoma in the world. They used to recommend SPF 15+, but it has now been usurped by SPF 30+ as the required protection rating.
