At the moment I'm attempting to build my own computer and I have absolutely no experience whatsoever.

I have hit a wall and I'm not sure what the problem is, but I probably shouldn't go much into details with that in this section of the forums.

go to a website called speedtest.net and run the test on the top when you get the results it will give you an option to share just copy the code for forum

Paste it into you signature by editing your profile and bingo you have it in your sig
