i7 870 overclock help needed PLZ!!!

i was just wondering if i could have some help with overclocking my i7 870, i know a bit about overclocking but not alot. PLZ help me =D

well i know how to find out if my cpu is stable and stuff.

No mate we kinda need to know all your system specs to be able to advise you properly.

We also need to know everything you have tried, but Im kinda thinking you are a comeplete novice?

Ok. i have a Asus P7P55D-E LX, $gb of apacer ram, His 6870, 650 watt psu, coolermaster haf 922 case, WD 1tb hard drive and a thors hamer cpu cooler with two coolermaster silent fans

I hav used the program cpu levl up that comes with the motherboard to clock it to 3.2ghz but i dont know if its right. coz when i ran prime 95 i had cpu z up and it went to 3.7ghz. I wasnt sure if that was the turbo boost kicking in.
