Gigabyte tried that a few years back, best artwork won a GTX 680 Windforce, well the issue with that is "The Best" got chosen... it's unfair especially for those who don't have 3DMAX or Photoshop skills.

Thats why I said suggestion for those who have not the skills but the good ideas like me I can't photoshop to save my life but I Might and just might think of something although thinking that hard Im liable to injure something

What about a Member video Review of single Piece of PC Hardware or Software.
Uploaded to say the Time to Live youtube Channel or just youtube account of the member registered account.
Most people have decent enough mobiles that do videos if not camera/Web camera's.
You could have a Panel of Judges (Members) or Tinytomlogan on his own Providing scores and tally the totals up.
The video would have to be over certain amount of minutes but not over a certain amount.
Scoring, possibly on a scheme of 1-5 (1 the lowest) & (5 the best) on such things as:

dependent on what people had at hand.
Winner gets a kiss from TTL Joking. I mean 1st, 2nd and 3rd Prizes awarded accordingly.
