How to run SP120's QE on 5v?

The Corsair fans I have just bought which are 3 dual pack SP120's QE and a AF140 QE, have just arrived.
I opened one of the SP's and found that it only came with one step down voltage, which I believe is a 7v.
I'm going to use these SP's for watercooling and since im slightly going overkill on the rad space, I figured I could run these at 5v, but this is where the problem lies...

Will I need to rummage through the internet again to find a 12v to 5v adapter?
I honestly thought that these came with a 7v and a 5v voltage reducer, but then again, I did watch reviews on them a long time ago.

You can wire a molex up to do 5v straight off...
Do you have a molex extender of some sort? or molex to fan? You just need that and you need to fine which is the 12v and ground connections (find the diagram online), and then just mirror that to the other side and swap the cables over.

Well I've bought 2 of these, and I believe TTL used the same for Orca.
So I use one of those and buy a 3pin to molex and then basically 'mod' the molex?
Lastly, the SP120 QE and AF140 QE WILL start running/spinning at 5v right?

I'm pretty sure Tom has his on 5v so I'd imagine so yes.
The only fans I've found that don't start at 5v are Noctua NF-F12s (aside from much larger fans of course).

I personally use these:

Although I am currently using my fan hub from the Switch 810 rewired to 5v.

Great! Thanks James :)
Sorry if this was kind of a noob question but I really could not find anything on the internet for it.
