how to RMA with powercolor

hey peeps,i got a powercolor 4890 from scan yesterday (as RMA replaciment)

but the fan is making a clicking noise at anything below 31% now yesterday it was making the same clicking noise but at anything under 20%.

so ime thinking that the problem is getting worse.

so i went on to powercolor's website to see about RMA but they have nothing on there website to do this,on the contact page the section for RMA's in the dropdown menu has been removed?

so how do i contact them or do i just go back to SCAN?

Make sure nothings touching the fan if not its scan mate. Just like the last time.

just spoke to SCAN

i have a RMA number and they expect me tuesday or wednesday and the guy put a rapid turn around on it AKA they are goin to test it in store.

and they have NO 4890's in stock

I rang Pete at Scan up. Hes going to get you a 4890 in personally on Monday. Thought that might cheer you up a bit

they gave me a xfx 5770 i think thats alot better yes a 5850 would of been very good but these cards OC quite well so it wont be so bad.

man they are small tho ha ha compared to me 9800gtx
