How many DB's is the stock CPU fan/hsf

I'm building a new computer for a client and I'm trying to keep it as quiet as possible. I don't overclock client computers so there's no need to replace the stock HSF and fan except if I can buy a HSF that supports a quieter fan.

I was going to install a XP-120 with a 8.7db fan instead of the stock fan but this bumps the PC price up 60 dollars. I was wondering how much louder the stock fan is compared to the 8.7db one.

P.S. I'm trying to avoid using cool n quiet.

The stock fan is louder than the 8.7db 120mm ur looking at but I really don't know if it justifies that price... The stock hsf I've got on this Antec minipc is uber quiet, i can barely hear it when its all buttoned up.

It is louder than that one, but its pretty good - esp at normal clocks
