hey i was thinking of buying this computer case i like the blue but i would like 2 know what everone thinks of this case or anyone that has or use this case befor

plastic, so much plastic! I also hate the colour, it is nice to see but will (very) soon grow on you and it will start to bother you. I wouldn't go for it tbh.

Thermaltake is known as ThermalTACKY around here mate. Every tt case i've seen has been cheap plastic. Their psu's suck as well. I'd just stay well away but that's just me.

ThermalTacky makes decent cases. I did not say GOOD cases but they can be used without fear of breaking. They have come along way in product quality over the years (except psus avoid them with gusto)


You cant go wrong with a Switch 810 i have one love it but soon to swap it for the Enthoo Primo

This would be nice to know. As well as what hardware you'll be using in it? Do you want front USB3? What form factor is your motherboard? Do you want to waterool? Etc.

i think im gona go with the NZXT SWITCH 810 BLACK case and my mobo is a msi z77A-gd65 with a i7 3770k XIGMATEK Dark Knight II cooler in push pull with 2 corsair sp led blue 120mm fans idk if im gona water cool or not i have never water cooled befor this will be my 1st pc build for gameing and streaming 2 twitch

Well, honestly, you don't need a Switch 810 then. It'll look a bit empty even.

You could get something much cheaper that'll still be absolutely fine for you, like the Phantom 530, Fractal Design Define R4 or Arc Midi R2 or the Corsair Carbide Air 540.

agreed shame to have one of the better cases for water cooling and use it for air. Have ya looked at the air540??

im gona go with the 750d i heard its a better case then the 810 and i never said i was not ever gona water cool it just im new at all this as of right now

imho its not a better case than the switch but thats subjective, some folks dont care for the plastic facade of the switch. I myself hate brushed aluminum to much of a finger print magnet. But we all have our own likes and dislikes. The switch got this sites case of the year for 2011 so its older whilst the 750D was released this year.

im haveing the 750d case painted blue the hole outside of it and keep the black inside from http://pcjunkiemods.com/ so it wont be aluminum looking after thats done

Yeah I'm debating what to do when I get my Enthoo Primo case it has brushed ali on the front should be easy enough to paint or leave it be and keep clean lol thought about doing one of those dipped paint patterns on it as well but kind think doing large panels would be difficult. Dipped patterns like in that military themed case a lil while back

but in black cover most of the other side of the case think that look pretty cool

Don't plaster your name everywhere, you'll regret it when you change names and it'll look... odd. I'd see if you can get sponsored by Nvidia before slapping that on the side of your case as well.
