How does Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme stands with new coolers

I am proud owner of TRUE 120 and i am thinking of maybe geting NH D14 but i have few questsion. For my current rig, Phenom II 925 @ 3.7GHz max temp is around 60C and it is rock stable. My further upgrade is i5 2500k and i was thinking about changing cooler, but what is improvement? This TRUE is in push pull configuration with CM 120mm LED fans, just for lightining efect and on idle is absolutly no noise, it spins on 30% and in idle my HDD is ludest component in my rig, and it keeps this CPU cool.

Is there any comparasment with this old school and new school coolers? What is the diference in performace? If it is around 5C for me that is not worth buying new cooler, coz 55 or 60 it makes no diference for me as long it is rock stable.

I've got a TRUE 120 as well, and it will fit on 1155 socket if you use one of these. Sandy Bridge doesn't get very hot and you'll be fine with the TRUE - its an excellent cooler. The Ivy Bridge chips will be out very soon and at a TDP of 77W - they should be even cooler.

i have found some tests and looks like it is not that big diference between those 2 so i am satisfied

The Noctua is overkill for SB unless you're running a massive overclock and putting loads of volts through it.
