I have a spreadshirt account already so this could be done easy, but they are pretty expensive. But then you the stuff is good quality.

Cafe press is much cheaper!

If someone emails me the logo in huge form and preferably .psd format then I will knock one up quickly. Can have loads of different styles and colours, literally anything you want. Can even have your own sig or computer spec on the back if you want.
