Homepage Image Problem....

Guys,

Can you all do me a favor and test the OC3D homepage in Internet Explorer. Please clear your Cache before you try too.

I'm experiencing a problem where only half of each image is downloading.

Try browsing some of the reviews too and let me know if any of the images there act funny, take ages to download, or don't download properly.

Cheers

Thats what i like to hear. I think my IE is dodged up @ work, but i just needed to be sure :D

Yep it views fine both here at work and at home in IE, although you already seem to have it sorted.

@Eguy

I can understand MS not wanting to encourage pirated versions of their software being used, and to their credit they still make critical updates available to those without legit copies . But the thing that annoys me is the ambiguity with which MS tend to hide behind concerning the hardware that is needed to run the new Vista bling!!! They have changed their tune so many times on this, and now that they appear to be close to release...the specs are still not set in concrete pfffft!!!

"Those Aero requirements are not easily understood by buyers or computer salespeople, said Michael Cherry, an analyst at market research firm Directions on Microsoft. He said, for example, that he has no idea how much memory bandwidth his computer has. "I wouldn't even know how to begin to measure it."

Cherry said that Microsoft still has work to do to translate these requirements into something that is understandable to the average PC user.

"I don't want to be an electrical engineer to figure this out," he said."
If MS want more peeps to adopt this, then they need to stop being soooo wishy washy :nono:

your right PV but ms is still ms and they dont make much sense.

but atleast i heard halo2 will be released bundled with vista

Yeah I agree PV It is just that why are the requirments what they are? it just dosen't make much sense to me? And Why let only legal users be able to do the 3d stuff, OOOHH EYE CANDY? So what is the big deal? you get that free with Mac OS X, The OS should disable itself if it is pirated!

Yep agreed on all counts, MS's logic can be quite obscure at times. I guess owning enough capital to buy many third world countries, can taint your perspective on reality at times ;)

another problem is the dominance ms has.

they can treat their customers like **** and still be able to sell their merchandise.
