hey guys my computer is down, cuz my gfx card is mest and i was wondering if i could install it onto mny dell im on now, aND then delete hl2 because it would take up a lot of my hdd?

I'm pretty sure you can install it onto another machine as long as you have the username/password handy and the product key

b/c it would take too much space up...i got it to upload but now it wont connect to my account .... hate steam

Delete it all and start over... sometimes that seems to be the cure

Steaming pile sucks, we all know it and hate it.

i have it on 3 pcs @tm make sure they dont go online @ the same time ..

all u need is STEAM and your steam username/password (that your HL2 serialis Reg'd to)

are you on an administrator account?, do you have access to the valve folder<by security premissions>? do you have room for the additional CSS content ??

But yea im the administer and i do have access to the folder, but now it wornt connect .......just syas ur internet might be down and such.... makes me mad

are you sure the port range you need 4 STEAM is open on your firewall

What king of router are you using? Most routers dont need to be configured for CSS / HL2 to work properly w/ steam.

definatley!! My Linksys POS <i cant get the modded Linux Os for this one > took ages for my reconfigure to work (hadda recon and hard reboot 2 times) and even now it acts up (high ping and dropping my conn )

I love maaa Belkin...does the job and no complaints. Very occasionally I have to cold reboot it but only once every like month

U got a lemon linksys then Joe... Mine works perfectly Best routers in the industry, perhaps its an old ass one.
