High end Delta Electronic fans on a closed loop cooler?

Sorry if this has been asked before. And just to start off, I'm nearly deaf and use a headset anyway. So absurd fan noise doesn't matter. My question is if the ridiculous 120 Delta fans will really make any any difference in a rad sandwich. Just a 240 rad. I was just looking at them out of curiosity, 11 something mm on static pressure? Jebus. I hope if the fan breaks it won't rip a rad inside out...

Like an H100 is what I had in mind.
