Hi guys, I have been having trouble taking pictures of all things My PC.

The problem is I am having is that either I have to use flash that takes away from the look of the pc as the red light no longer shows, Or without flash the picture is just a blurr of lights.

I have managed to get a few decent shots that show the "True light" of the pc. But that is using one of the samsungs pre installed modes called close up, it does not use flash so the lighting stays true, but i cant help thinking it should be better.

Anything I can do to improve the image quality.

Camera is a PL50 samsung 10.2mp. its a cheapish camera but has plenty of settings on it. and i realy cant justifi spending a massive ammount on an slr.

This is what i have managed so far. Never thought taking a picture could be so hard lol

Any help greatly recieved.

First thing buy a small tripod and set teh timer to avoid camera shake.

Second thing is increase the shutter speed if you can higher=better, try using minimum of 400.

Third as you increase the shutter speed you will decrease the amount of light getting through the lens so you need to increase your ISO if you can. Higher = more sensitive but does increase "noise" looks grainy when you zoom in a bit.

Try as suggested your nightime mode but that will mean any moving parts are blurred and without a tripod you will get shake!

Next step is an SLR.

What Chudley said is right. The only thing is, if you get a tripod, don't increase the shutter speed, decrease it and decrease the ISO to get a better image. However, don't decrease it to much otherwise the picture will be dark. Not much else you can do with that camera. The sensor is too small to catch a lot of light and the lens is dark. DSLR is really a good thing and you can get one quite cheap. Let's say a Canon 1100D for a total beginner...

On the system - why did you put the pump and reservoir in the bottom? Makes it look really untidy and the tubing seems just wrong by crossing each other and going over the GPU's.
