Help with RAM please :D

I have an XFX 780i motherboard and want to upgrade my ram. It says that my mobo is compatible with up to 1200MHz RAM but only if it has EPP 1.0. I just want to know if most RAM has this? Was looking at some OCZ Blade Series

Any help would be really appreciated, I already posted a thread about this but decided to post another one as nobody replied

im sure the new blade series is EPP 2.0 which mite be backwards compatible with 1.0
