I want to OC my Gigabyte GeForce GTX 680 but want to know what are the things to look out for.

I dont want to kick the hell out of it, just give it a bit more than stock.

I have changed the following and want to know if I have done too much/about right:

Power Limit % - 132%

Core Clock - +200

Memory Clock - +550

Fans - Auto

Here is what the max's were after running 3dMark11:

Just temp. Because there is no voltage adjustment you really can harm anything with reasonable temps. The way I overclocked my 680 was raise the power all the way and was bumping up the core until unstable then started bumping the voltage until unstable. Just keep an eye on temps. I can get to 1.35ghz core and stay under 72c

I adjusted my volts up to 1100mV GPU clock @ +204 and MEM clock @ +593 and it's running under full load 24/7 61°C

doesn't the 680 perform good enough ? I thought it was the fastest card until the 690s release.

do u think overclocking it is gonna make any noticable difference to ur eyes?

I don't play ANY games, I'm watercooling a single 680 and thinking of getting another and overclocking them as much as I possibly can... Why?? Because I can...

So looking at my temps its not worth going above the settings it is on at the moment? I would like to try and get the temps down so that i can keep the on board fan at lower RPM and be quiter.

My set up is as in my sig, build log linked to build name.
