Right now I have a 350W power supply. (Thank you best buy!)

and a Intel Core 2CPU 6420 @ 2.13GHz

oh and a Nvidia 7350LE Graphics card.

I play Counter Strike:Source and the only thing I want is to improve my frames.

I'm unable to overclock my CPU (Or am I? I went into bios and there was no options for it so I figured it wasn't possible.)

I was thinking the best thing to do would be to get a new CPU.

Do I need a new power supply?

If so, someone tell me good power supplies for around 50$

and let me know what CPU to get for around 100-150$

I've heard the E5200 is a good OCer and should be more than enough for general gaming and computing. The Corsair HX520 Modular PSU has received great reviews,and is one of the best value PSUs around.

You could also try upgrading your graphics card, what RAM are you using?

Overclock the 6420

and buy a ATI hd4850

You should be ok if your psu is a major brand though if it isnt i would suggest the folowing

I could spend more on a CPU than that dual core you suggested. Let me know if there's a better one.

I'm on a limited budget, so I'd have to pass on the graphics card.

I have 5gigs of RAM
